These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Gymly app ("App"), provided by Gymly ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

Gymly is a social fitness app that allows users to:

• Check in at fitness centres
• View and interact with other users
• Log workout activity and progress
• Participate in a fitness community

Gymly does not provide medical advice, personal training guidance, or healthcare treatment.

2. Eligibility and Age

To use the App, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Account and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Activity that occurs through your account
• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All content you share in the App

You may not share your account with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share offensive, hateful, violent, or illegal content
• Manipulate check-ins, location data, or other functionality
• Attempt to bypass security or technical restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for breaches of the Terms.

5. User Content

When you share content in the App (e.g. check-ins, text, images, or workout data):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Gymly a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use the content in the App

We reserve the right to remove content that violates the Terms.

6. Health, Safety and Liability

All use of the App and all exercise is at your own risk.

Gymly is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or health problems
• Incorrect training choices
• Users' actions in or outside the App

Contact a healthcare professional if you are unsure about your physical fitness.

7. Payments and Subscriptions (if applicable)

If the App offers paid features:

• Payment is made via the App Store
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellation and management is done through your Apple account

Gymly does not handle payment information directly.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g. fitness centres or social features).

Gymly is not responsible for third-party content or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, logos, code, and features, belong to Gymly or our licensors.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close accounts for violation of the Terms.

11. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee error-free operation or constant availability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are subject to Danish law, and disputes are resolved by Danish courts.
